Our Auchenflower project was a full apartment transformation, turning a tired space into a fresh and functional modern home.
The heart of the renovation was a sleek new kitchen featuring stone benchtops, a tiled splashback, custom pantry with internal drawers, and cleverly integrated washer/dryer cabinetry to maximise the apartment’s footprint.
Both bathrooms were completely redesigned with floor-to-ceiling tiling, new vanities with stone tops, & sleek, modern new fixtures to create a clean, contemporary feel.
Throughout the apartment, we installed new herringbone flooring, plantation shutters, sliding mirrored wardrobe doors, and custom shelving to enhance both storage and style. Electrical upgrades, fresh lighting, and interconnected smoke alarms brought the home up to modern standards, while split system air-conditioning ensures year-round comfort.
The finishing touches included balcony tiling, flyscreen replacements, and a full internal repaint, giving this apartment a light, fresh, and cohesive look inside and out.
The end result is a beautifully renovated apartment with a smart layout & timeless finishes.
