Our Bougainvillea Avenue project is set in Indooroopilly, Brisbane.

This extensive home renovation transformed an underutilised carport into a fully enclosed, functional gym, creating valuable additional living space for the homeowners. The conversion included raising the roof to achieve compliant ceiling heights, installing new windows, air conditioning, lighting, flooring and finishes to create a comfortable room that blends seamlessly with the existing home.

The project also included the addition of a brand-new ensuite and direct bedroom access, transforming a spare bedroom into a private guest retreat. To maximise functionality, we created a dedicated study nook with custom floating timber shelving, installed new windows throughout the home, and completed all internal painting and finishing touches.

This project took 16 weeks from start to completion.
