Our Cedar Street project is located in Greenslopes, Brisbane.

This extensive whole-home renovation transformed an ageing property into a bright, modern and highly functional family home while maintaining the character and charm of the original residence.

The project involved significant structural alterations to improve the home's layout and flow, including the removal of internal walls to create a spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. New engineered structural beams were installed to support the redesigned floorplan, allowing the home to feel larger, lighter and more connected.

At the heart of the renovation is a beautifully crafted custom kitchen featuring shaker-style cabinetry, stone benchtops and carefully selected finishes that blend timeless design with everyday practicality. A new laundry was also created, providing improved storage solutions and a more efficient use of space.

Both bathrooms were completely redesigned and rebuilt from the ground up. The layouts were reconfigured to maximise functionality, incorporating larger walk-in showers, custom vanities and contemporary fixtures while creating a luxurious and cohesive feel throughout the home.

Additional improvements included new windows and doors, polished timber flooring, extensive plastering works, updated electrical services, fresh internal and external painting, replacement internal doors and the safe removal of asbestos-containing materials as part of the renovation process.

Externally, the home was further enhanced with a new insulated flyover patio roof, creating a comfortable outdoor entertaining area that seamlessly connects with the interior living spaces through a large stacker door.

The completed renovation has delivered a stunning transformation, combining modern functionality, quality craftsmanship and thoughtful design to create a home that is both beautiful and built for family living.

This project took 18 weeks from start to completion.
