Our Landsborough Avenue project is located in Scarborough, Brisbane

This apartment was completely transformed with fresh, functional upgrades in every space.

Both the ensuite and main bathrooms were fully stripped, back to the bones and given a beautiful face lift.

In the main living areas, old floor tiles were removed and the slab prepared for premium hybrid timber-look flooring flowing seamlessly through the living, dining, kitchen, and hallway.

The kitchen was redesigned for a more open layout, with 2-pac cabinetry in a sleek J-mould style, soft-close drawers, Bluetta stone benchtops with a waterfall edge, integrated wine rack & of course, new appliances.

The laundry received new cabinetry, stone benchtops, reconfigured plumbing and electricals, and floor/wall tiling for a fresh, practical finish.

We completed the transformation with a full internal repaint in light, neutral tones — refreshing ceilings, walls, doors, frames, and skirting boards for a clean, modern look.

We delivered this project in 10 weeks.
