Our Bougainvillea Avenue project is located in Indooroopilly, Brisbane.

This large-scale transformation in Indooroopilly involved converting an open carport into a fully enclosed, functional gym space, while also reconfiguring the entire upper level of the home to better suit our client’s lifestyle.
Inside, we reimagined the home’s layout with a full strip-out and reconfiguration of internal walls upstairs, including the addition of new bedrooms, a rumpus room, a study nook, and a beautifully appointed ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
A new spare bedroom was given ensuite access through a barn-style door, and a study nook was created with custom timber shelving for a clean, practical workspace. Across the entire upper level, we installed new hybrid flooring, replastered walls and ceilings, and updated electrical throughout.
The renovation also included new window installations to improve natural light and ventilation, as well as carefully planned painting and finishing works both inside and out.
This was a complex and rewarding project that completely redefined the way this home functions and feels — combining smart design, practical features, and a refined palette of materials.
